Guidelines:

ISH:
Distribute drinks to parents and students

Level I/Cs:
Lead parents from lift to respective classrooms

Registration/Reception:
Sec 1s and 2s- Foyer
Sec 3s- ISH
Give out queue number to parents and students
Mark the names of student who have reported

Ushers:
Greet parents and smile.
Main gate: Welcome parents and students coming in the school
Foyer (Outside office): Lead students and parents to their respective receptions
Side gate: Welcome parents and students coming in the school and lead them to the Foyer
Bridge: Lead parents to their respective classrooms
Reception to ISH: Lead Sec 3 students and parents to the ISH
Reception to Classroom Block: Lead Sec 1 and 2 students and parents to their respective classrooms

Additional Notes:
Be alert & Smile all the times.
Do not hesitate to serve the parents and teachers.
Approach any teachers or the Overall I/C if you have any problems.
