Things to bring:
1. Labelled plastic bags for wallets - Raudha (U.Sec) / Xue Min (L. Sec)
2. Class Placards - Hidayah (U. Sec) / Emily (L. Sec)
3. House Placards - Frandi
4. Class List - Wei Ling
Deployment required:
1. 3 really eagle-eyed pupils to look after wallet plastic bags at floating arm (Xue Min, Mindez, Joshua David)
2. 2 able-bodied councillors to help Mr. Said to flank patrol towards bus stop (Afrah, Zachary Teoh)
3. 2 councillors to help Miss Sng Li Hui and Miss Tan Yan Ci at the toilet area (Vivian, David [3])
4. 2 councillors to help Mr. Jaya at Sheng Siong for patrol (Xu Jia, Dai Wen Ting)
5. 8 councillors (2 for each house) to be deployed for patrol at spectator stand to look after pupils’ belongings when they go off for their run (Hidayah, Tan Qing, Min Qi, Rafiq, Emily, Monpriya, Frandi, James Ko)
6. 3 councillors (1 councillor per HoL – Mr Gage, Ms Hariyati & Mr Sng Peng Hock) for overall errands (Elizabeth, Hui Ling, Jie Xin)
Assembly Procedure:
1. All pupils assemble at grass patch according to class
2. Attendance to be given out to Form Teachers
3. Plastic bags (for wallets) to be given out to Form Teachers too
4. Councillors collect Attendance Lists and Wallets
5. Pupils to proceed to spectator stand according to their House
Dismissal Procedure:
1. Upon closure – Mr. Gage to give safety instructions and check area cleanliness
2. Next, all pupils to assemble at grass patch in their classes
3. Councillors return wallets and class list to Form Teachers
4. Form Teachers mark attendance before dismissing class
5. Councillors collect marked class list from Form teacher
6. Return class list to Wei Ling
