(When you get back to the teacher) Here you go.

(Guest asks you to clear the plates.) *Smile* Sure. Please leave it to me. *Smile* (Proceed to clear plates)

(Guest asks you for more drinks.) *Smile* Certainly, I'll be right back. *Smile* (Proceed to get the guest a drink/refill his or her drink or get more food etc.)

(Guest asks you for directions to the toilet and you feel trapped because it's too complicated to give the directions) Sir/Mdm, it is kind of complicated for me to describe the exact location of the toilet/restroom, please allow me to show you the way. Follow me please.

(Guest asks you a question that you are UNABLE to answer) I am sorry but I am not sure. However, please let me find out for you. Could you kindly give me a few minutes. Thank you. (RUN OFF TO ASK SOMEONE. Remember that guest's face! After you find out the answer, go back to him/her.) Sir/Mdm, according to what I've found out, ............

***WHEN a guest thanks you, remember to say "You're welcome." (Then :D smile!)

Dear SC members,

There are many more greetings that you may need to use. But it all depends on the scenario/situation. We will brief you specifically (as per your duty area) during rehearsal tomorrow. But do know what has been listed here. In general, remember to SMILE alot, speak in complete sentences and use keywords like "please", "thank you", "you are welcome" etc.

Please remember to bring your blazers to school tomorrow! See you at 4pm!
